Before you subscribe
How credits, renewals and cancellations work.
Each finished product image, Model Swap, image edit or AI model candidate costs 10 credits. The image counts above assume you use all your credits for product images. Images we cannot create are not charged; editing or recreating a successful image uses credits again.
You pay for the full year upfront at the price of 10 months. Your subscription lasts 12 months, with credits issued each month. You do not receive all 12 months of credits at once.
Monthly subscription credits expire at the end of each monthly credit period and do not roll over, including on annual plans. Free signup credits do not expire.
Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel future renewals through Plan & credits; access remains until the end of your paid period. Cancellation does not automatically refund a payment. You can request a refund within 3 calendar days of a charge if you have used no more than 50 credits since that charge. See the refund policy for full terms and exceptions.
New accounts get 30 one-time credits after Google sign-in, with no payment card required. That is up to 3 product images if all credits go toward product images. Creating AI model candidates uses the same balance. Model Swap requires a paid plan.
