Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of ModelSnap at modelsnap.app. By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age required to enter a binding contract where you live, and have authority to act for any business account you use.

ModelSnap provides tools that turn authorized clothing product images into AI-created product imagery using fictional adult virtual models. The service includes free and paid features, marketplace export sizes, reusable storefront models, and eligible batch workflows. It is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, Google, or any underlying AI model provider.

You sign in with Google and are responsible for maintaining control of that account, for activity performed through it, and for keeping your contact information accurate. Do not share access, create accounts to evade limits, or interfere with authentication or security controls. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

You must own or have permission to use every product photo, supplier-model photo, storefront-model reference, prompt, logo, trademark, and other input you submit. You retain your rights in those inputs. You grant ModelSnap a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, transmit, and modify them only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service.

To the extent permitted by law and third-party rights, you may use finished images for lawful commercial product listings. AI outputs may not be unique, and we do not promise that an output is copyrightable, exclusive, or free of third-party rights. You are responsible for reviewing the output and your intended use.

You must not use ModelSnap to create, upload, request, distribute, or facilitate:

• Illegal, unlicensed, infringing, counterfeit, fraudulent, or deceptive material.
• NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, exploitative, or fetish content. Legitimate underwear and swimwear inputs may only be used for non-sexual ecommerce presentation.
• Content involving a minor, a person presented as a minor, sexual exploitation, or child abuse material.
• A celebrity likeness, face swap, deepfake, impersonation, biometric identification, or manipulation intended to copy or misrepresent a real person's identity.
• Hateful, harassing, discriminatory, violent, self-harm, abusive, or otherwise harmful content.
• Malware, unauthorized surveillance, safety-control evasion, service disruption, scraping, reverse engineering, or attempts to exceed technical or account limits.
• Images that materially misrepresent the real garment, deceive shoppers, or violate the rules of a marketplace where they are published.

Model Swap replaces an authorized adult supplier model with your selected AI model; it is not a face-swap or identity-copying feature. A source photo must depict an adult and requires permission from the rights holder. Storefront-model references must also depict an authorized adult and must not request a minor, celebrity, or real-person impersonation.

We screen applicable prompts through the Creem Moderation API before sending them to an image-generation provider. We may block a request, remove access to content, release reserved credits for a rejected job, suspend or terminate an account, preserve relevant records, or report unlawful conduct when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms or protect users and the service. Attempts to bypass moderation are prohibited.

People shown in finished images are AI-created adult virtual models, not real-person endorsements or customer photography. AI images can contain inaccurate garment details, colors, patterns, logos, anatomy, or other visual errors. You must compare every result with the real product before publishing it.

You are responsible for current disclosure, labeling, advertising, consumer-protection, and image requirements in every marketplace or channel where you publish. ModelSnap does not guarantee that an image will be accepted by Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, or another platform.

One finished product image uses 10 credits. Images we cannot create are not charged, and credits reserved for a failed or blocked job are released automatically. Free accounts receive the stated lifetime allocation and free outputs are watermarked.

Paid-plan credits are granted monthly and expire at the end of their monthly grant window; unused subscription credits do not roll over. Annual plans are charged once per year at the price shown at checkout but receive the selected plan's credits in monthly grants rather than all at once. Current plan prices and included features are shown on the Pricing page and at checkout.

Creem acts as merchant of record for paid purchases and handles checkout, payment methods, taxes, receipts, refunds, and chargebacks. A subscription renews at the monthly or annual interval shown at checkout until canceled. You can manage or cancel it through the billing portal available from Plan & credits. Cancellation stops future renewal and normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period; it does not by itself create a refund. Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy and mandatory consumer law.

To report material that you believe infringes copyright, email support@modelsnap.app and identify the copyrighted work, the material at issue, your contact information, your good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized, and your authority to act. We may request additional information, disable disputed material while reviewing a complete notice, and terminate repeat infringers.

We may change, limit, pause, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law or provider requirements, or improve the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every input will produce an acceptable result. You may stop using the service at any time; provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain in effect.

The service and outputs are provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation. ModelSnap is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service where such exclusions are permitted. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

We may update these Terms as the service or legal requirements change. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. Questions may be sent to support@modelsnap.app.
