Privacy Policy
How ModelSnap collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects account, billing, uploaded, and AI-created image data.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies when you use ModelSnap at modelsnap.app, including the public website, account workspace, AI image creation tools, billing features, and support. By using the service, you acknowledge the practices described here.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you provide, information created while you use the service, and limited technical information needed to operate it.
- Google account information, such as your name, email address, profile image, and account identifier.
- Clothing product photos, authorized adult supplier-model photos, optional storefront-model references, model descriptions, generated images, marketplace export choices, and related job metadata.
- Subscription, transaction, credit, refund, and billing-status records. Creem processes payment details as merchant of record; ModelSnap does not receive or store your full card number.
- Messages and information you send when requesting support, reporting a problem, or making a privacy or copyright request.
- Device, browser, IP address, approximate location, page-view, feature-use, diagnostic, and security-event information collected through server logs and analytics.
3. How we use information
We use information only for legitimate product, security, support, and legal purposes.
- Authenticate accounts and keep your product images, storefront models, plan, and credits connected to you.
- Upload inputs, screen prompts, create images, prepare marketplace downloads, and show generation history.
- Create checkout and billing-portal sessions, apply subscription entitlements, issue monthly credit grants, and handle cancellations, refunds, and disputes.
- Detect abuse, enforce the Terms and Acceptable Use Policy, prevent fraud, protect the service, and comply with legal obligations.
- Measure website and feature performance, diagnose errors, improve the user experience, and answer support requests.
4. AI processing and prompt moderation
To create an image, we send the inputs and instructions needed for that request to our AI generation provider. Before image generation, applicable prompts are screened through the Creem Moderation API. A request may be blocked when it violates content rules or when moderation cannot be completed safely.
Customer source images and results are private by default. We do not publish them in a public gallery or use them in public marketing without separate permission.
5. Service providers and disclosure
We share only the information needed for providers to perform their function. These providers include Google for sign-in, Creem for payments and prompt moderation, AI generation services, Cloudflare R2-compatible object storage, Vercel hosting, database infrastructure, and Google Analytics. Their processing is also governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, to investigate fraud or abuse, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal information.
6. Cookies and analytics
We use necessary cookies and similar storage to maintain sign-in sessions, security, and core product functions. In production, Google Analytics measures page visits and product events. You can limit cookies through your browser settings, but disabling necessary cookies can prevent sign-in or other account features from working.
7. Storage and retention
Uploads, finished product images, and marketplace download files are retained for up to 90 days unless deleted earlier. A storefront-model photo remains private until you delete that model. Deletion may wait for an image already using the model to finish.
Account, subscription, credit-ledger, transaction, refund, support, fraud-prevention, and security records may be retained longer when needed to operate the account, resolve disputes, keep accurate financial records, enforce agreements, or meet legal obligations.
8. Security
Customer images are stored in private object storage and accessed through short-lived signed URLs. We use encrypted connections, access controls, and operational safeguards designed to protect the information we process. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please contact us promptly if you believe your account or data has been compromised.
9. Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with your account by emailing support@modelsnap.app. You can delete eligible storefront models in the product and manage or cancel a subscription through the billing portal. We may need to verify your identity and may retain records that we are legally required or legitimately entitled to keep.
10. Children and international processing
The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Our infrastructure and providers may process information in countries other than your own, where data-protection laws may differ.
11. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. The date at the top shows the latest revision. For privacy questions or requests, email support@modelsnap.app.
